Site Information Requests

Direct knowledge of and access to NMSO POC resource information is restricted to only NMSO authorized Administrative Personnel. Any POC information provided by resource submitter's will not be viewable or accessible by NMSO site users. Thus, resource information requests must be made using the blind email capability provided. To contact specific resource POCs requires:

Submitting an "INFORMATION REQUEST" by selecting the "Contact the POC" button at the bottom of each resource.
Using the pull-down menu to select a particular POC or POCs to contact for the information request.
When contacted, the M&S POC will determine whether to answer or provide your information request (based on your need-to-know). A response is not guaranteed.

If resource information request attempts have proved unsuccessful you can direct questions to other NMSO personnel. If you have questions or require help concerning any NMSO resources you can contact the help desk at helpdesk@nmso.navy.mil. To request additional resource information, identify accuracy or currency issues with a resource, or make website suggestions you can contact the Resource Content Manager (RCM) at rcm@nmso.navy.mil. Questions concerning posted M&S events or posting of additional events, or information requests related to posted presentations can be directed to the Publicist at publicist@nmso.navy.mil.

Before any resource information is provided to any individual, we will require that the requester's identity be verified and that the requester has a valid "need-to-know". We will also contact the resource owner(s) for approval prior to releasing any information.
